Job summary

Serenita Care Home in Weston-super-Mare seeks a compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a specialist setting. You will assist residents with daily routines, support mobility, and help maintain independence with safety and dignity at all times.

You will work closely with the team, following care plans and structured routines, building trust and contributing to a calm, supportive environment. Experience is welcome, but beginners are encouraged to apply.

• Open to both experienced candidates and those new to care.
