Job summary

Campania Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care in a specialist setting. You will support residents with daily living activities, helping to maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity.

Open to experienced care workers and newcomers, the role offers a structured environment with team collaboration and ongoing development opportunities within Willinbrook Healthcare and Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Kind, patient and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a care environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Previous care experience or a relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred support within a specialist complex care setting.
• Assist residents with daily routines: personal care, mobility and mealtimes.
• Follow individual care plans and structured routines to maintain consistency.
• Build positive relationships with residents to promote wellbeing and confidence.
