Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Prestemede. This bank contract – as/when required in service, including weekends – pays £13.67 per hour and commits to Real Living Wage.

You will provide physical and emotional support to service users, helping with washing, dressing and promoting independence. We provide full training, including a leadership programme to support development and progression within Shaw.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to work as part of a compassionate care team.

Shift Times: (Early 07:00 - 14:00) (Late 14:00 - 21:00) (Night 21:00 - 07:00)

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. Assisting service user’s with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. No day is the same asides from the enormous sense of satisfaction you will feel every day knowing that you are always making a difference to someone’s life.
