Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd. is seeking a Bank Support Worker at Forest View in Burgess Hill to provide compassionate, person-centred care for residents living with dementia.

This role is bank/quasi-zero hours with shifts on a 12-hour pattern, typically 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00, and involves close collaboration with the care team to support residents daily. Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.

Job description

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: Bank - Zero hours

Shift Times: As/when needed in service -12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
