Swanton Care is seeking Bank Support Workers in Wales West to empower people with autism and learning difficulties to live independently within community-based settings.
You will provide person-centred support, promoting dignity and choice, and help residents engage in social, educational and recreational activities while respecting individual plans.
We specialise in residential care, supported living and outreach services supporting people with autism and learning difficulties. We constantly strive to provide homes with a relaxed atmosphere that promotes individuality, giving each person we support the right to dignity, choice, privacy and independence.
Championing the integration of people into the community, by using local facilities such as shops, cafes, libraries, public houses and leisure centres – drawing on public and private transport for outings or holidays.

Support Nurses with the delivery of complex health support.
To facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.
As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents.
Candidates will require a full reference check and an enhanced DBS. We are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offers Act.
We provide person centred support to people 24 hours a day within a community based residential home.
