The National Autistic Society in Thornbury is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to assist autistic adults at Pinecroft. This 0-hour role requires reliability, a flexible approach and a commitment to safeguarding and welfare.

Pinecroft is our specialised residential home where we support autistic adults who has a variety of mental health needs. We support them to develop skills to promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence. We are looking for staff with a can do approach who can offer active support to facilitate and enable the people we support to progress and move on.
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
This advert is for a bank position, for 0 hours per week.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year)isessential

To protect our autistic adults at the National Autistic Society, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
