About the role:
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. You may also need to administer personal care and medication.
There will be opportunities to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Somerset is an Independent Living service, offering a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health, and inclusion for people with diverse needs and living situations.
Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people engage with their lives and communities. This service supports all ages from late teens to elderly people, including home care, community activities, and day services.
