We have an exciting opportunity for residential support workers to join our caring and dedicated team at Norton Court House, our specialist longer-term service for children and young people with diagnosed learning disabilities who display challenging behaviour. We provide intensive support and care to help young people develop social and life skills.
We encourage our young people to attend school or college during their stay with us, whenever possible, and to join fun day trips to theme parks, the seaside, or other interests!
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop while working with Active Care Group. After probation, you'll work towards achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Child Care.
