As a Support Worker on the ward at our hospital, you'll demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You should have a good telephone manner, and strong computer and database skills. You will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.
