Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Bank Care & Support Worker to assist residents at The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield. You will join a team delivering care to individuals with neurological and complex needs, with hours across days, nights and weekends.

This flexible role requires compassionate communication, teamwork, and commitment to DBS checks; you will be paid £13.00 per hour plus 12.1% annual leave allowance, with overtime potential.

• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required

You’ll be workinga flexible contract with hours available acrossDays, Nights and Weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atThe Daley Care Centre.

The Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield, dedicated to supporting individuals with high nursing needs, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.

Our dedicated team of registered nurses, support workers, and in-house therapists work together to deliver comprehensive care and support with measurable outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day...
