Job summary

Cygnet Group in Sheffield is hiring a confident Bank Care & Support Worker to help thousands of people across the UK, at The Daley Care Centre. You’ll join a dedicated team delivering high‑quality care to service users with complex neurological needs, working flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends.

You will provide physical and emotional support, monitor wellbeing, maintain safe environments and report on care outcomes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a confident Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be workinga flexible contract with hours available acrossDays, Nights and Weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atThe Daley Care Centre.

The Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield, dedicated to supporting individuals with high nursing needs, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.

Our dedicated team of registered nurses, support workers, and in-house therapists work together to deliver comprehensive care and support with measurable outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
