Job summary

CYGNET is hiring a Bank Care & Support Worker for The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield. You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to individuals with neurological needs, ABI, and complex conditions. The role offers days, nights and weekend shifts with flexible hours and opportunities for overtime.

You will be encouraged to learn about each service user’s needs, provide physical and emotional support, and report any medical or welfare concerns. DBS is required.

• Sensitive and intuitive with energy to provide a trusting, stimulating environment.
• Able to support service users with physical and emotional needs within a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard residents and ensure their safety.
