Role Overview and Support Details

Who will you be supporting?

• Five individuals living at Holmdale, aged between 30 and 63
• Adults with profound physical and learning needs
• Highly trained in medication management and clinical needs

• Use of sensory activities, walks, theatre trips, singing, and music
• Engagement with community and day trips
• Support to meet neighbors and community integration

Other important information:

• Staffing includes 4 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and night shifts with one waking and one sleeping staff member
• Long days and night shifts, with sleep-in shifts
• Training in complex medication, PEG, catheter, and stoma management
