Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke is seeking Bank Support Workers to join our inpatient mental health team on site. You will provide compassionate physical and emotional support, help patients with daily activities, and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment across shifts.

We offer flexible hours with the potential for overtime, regular coaching and appraisal, and expert supervision to support your development while delivering high‑quality care. An enhanced DBS check is required.

We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our team at Cygnet Kewstoke.

Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke provides emergency admissions services for men and women, and a pathway for women to rehabilitation including a specialist servicefor personality disorder.

Your Day-to-Day…

£13.00 per hour + 12.1% annual leave

You’ll be working flexible hours a week in an inpatient mental health setting.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
