Job summary

CareTech UK Ltd is looking for a Female Bank Support Worker to work across two services, Anderida and Court Lodge, in Mersham, Ashford, Kent. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living and maintain records as part of a caring team.

This is a bank/zero-hour contract with shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Full training and DBS clearance are provided; drivers are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans

• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support activities, appointments, and community access

Female Bank Support Worker - Working across 2 service Anderida and Court Lodge

Location: Mersham, Ashford, Kent

Rate: £13.03 per hour

Bank/Zero Hour Contract

About the Services – Anderida and Court Lodge

Anderida currently provides support for three gentleman with Mild LD, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury. The Service Users enjoy going to our Day centre and Sensory Interaction.

Court Lodge is a small care home which provides care and support for up to 6 people with learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses. The service is a detached bungalow in a quiet residential area close to local amenities with onsite parking.

The Role

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.

No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
