Location: Liphook, Hampshire
Days & Hours: Bank hours available, including days, nights, and weekends. Some shifts could be 24 hours in length to include a sleeping night. Flexibility to cover additional hours for team absences is preferred.

Essential: Supporting adults with complex emotional, behavioural, and attachment needs. Confident with behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
Desirable: Experience working with adults with trauma and an interest in therapy
Family: Client has a supportive family
Accommodation (while on duty): Large bungalow with staff bedroom

You will join a small care team, working under the direction of the Case Manager to ensure Karl receives necessary care. Karl sustained a brain injury in [year], resulting in cognitive impairments such as motivation, memory, and fatigue issues. He also has Diabetes Insipidus, requiring medication and fluid intake monitoring. Support workers currently support him 7 days a week, including 7 sleeping nights.
The main purpose of this role is to support Karl in maximizing independence with daily activities, providing prompting and guidance to keep him safe, and encouraging leisure pursuits. Tasks include working within his home, assisting with shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Karl is mobile with 2:1 care support.
