About The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated support workers/care assistants to join our established team at The Shores and The Dunes in Poole. Our home provides a supportive environment for six adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. We aim to support residents in living fulfilling lives and developing new skills.
