Bramley Health in Dartford is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with neuro-psychiatric diagnoses in a soon to open home. You will promote independence, dignity and emotional wellbeing, building trusting relationships and supporting daily living activities in a calm, respectful environment.

  • Escort service users on outings and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold financial integrity
  • Champion dignity, respect, and inclusion at all times

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults with neuro-psychiatric diagnoses. Youll help them live fulfilling lives by promoting independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing even when behaviours may be challenging.

Well provide all the mandatory training you need to succeed. What matters most is your willingness to learn, grow, and care.

Key Responsibilities
