Job summary

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker to provide care at Gables in Colchester. The role focuses on physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe environment within a residential setting for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check. The position offers flexible bank shifts with overtime opportunities, regular coaching and supervision, and employee discounts

• Hourly rate of pay of £13.00 + an A/L entitlement on 12.1% per hour
