An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Bank Support Worker to provide essential support to a young man in his home. This role involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and engaging in activities that promote independence and wellbeing. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit on behalf of a young man living in his own home who is supported by a team of dedicated support workers. This young man requires 24/7 support to enable him to live the life he chooses while also maintaining his wellbeing and independence within his local community. His family are very close by and offer their support to the team.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
We are looking for a Bank Support Worker who is available to support for flexible hours per week. Flexibility to cover additional hours as required is preferred. Working days are flexible to meet the requirements of our client.
A range of training opportunities will be available, particularly highly personalised training in order that excellent person-centred support can be provided. Public holidays will be paid at time and a half. There are a range of shifts available, including weekday shifts, weekends, and sleep nights available.
Sleeping nights rate is £11.44
