The Role

Job Title: Bank Support Worker

Hours: Casual, as and when required

Shift Pattern: Casual, as and when required

We are seeking a Bank Support Worker who is committed to providing quality housing-related support to individuals in a medium-term supported accommodation setting. You will assist individuals in fulfilling their potential, engaging with the community, and fostering social connections.

You will act as a Support Worker, promoting positive and healthy lifestyles, and helping individuals develop skills for independent living. Collaboration with partners across the county and a multi-agency approach are essential to achieve positive outcomes.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues faced by service users are essential. Full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgemental.
