Due to continued success and expansion, even in these challenging times, we are excited to announce that we are recruiting for flexible Bank Practitioners at our 140 place, purpose built nursery onsite at the award winning Odds Farm Park in Wooburn Green.
We are looking for people passionate about childcare to join us on a flexible Bank Staff, to assist the Manager with the day to day running of this new farm based setting. Please note at the moment we are only looking for applications from people who can commit to full day (8/9hr) shifts.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for confident Assistants, who are looking to get their teeth into a new challenge. You will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to our fun and hard working team. You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities.
You will be confident in all areas of the EYFS and implement accordingly, and have experience in a similar role.
You will ideally have a relevant early years qualification, ideally level 3 or above, though we will consider unqualified and level 2 applications.
Please note the nursery is open from 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday and so shift patterns will be rotating within these opening hours. Please make sure you can commit to early and late shifts before applying.
