Introduction

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD) seeking control and flexibility to choose your shifts?

Whether you're looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible role that fits your lifestyle, if you're a UK Registered Nurse, you can join our nurse staff bank. After completing a paid two-week induction, you'll have access to available nursing shifts at Sturt House, with potential future opportunities to work regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

There is no minimum number of hours required, though working regularly is recommended to maintain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Shifts are available on weekdays, nights, and weekends, and are easy to view and book through our app. Within a few taps, you'll secure the shifts you want.

Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits such as free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to males aged 18 and over with mental health conditions, support your colleagues, and promote teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you'll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose your shifts each week.

You will work at Sturt House, a recovery-focused rehabilitation unit providing specialist mental health treatment for males aged 18 and over. You will deliver individualised care and support recovery using least restrictive and safe practices.
