Bank Registered Nurse
We are currently recruiting to our Trust’s Temporary Staffing Team - Bank on Us and we are seeking Registered Nurses with a valid NMC registration that have a minimum of twelve months post graduate experience within an acute hospital setting in the UK. You must work well in a team and be reliable and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, as well as adaptable and flexible to changing situations, working within Trust policies and the NMC Code of Conduct.
The Trust covers different hospital sites the main site being St Peter’s Hospital in Chertsey and also includes Ashford Hospital and Woking Community Hospital.

Bank on Us Hourly Pay Rates - depending on experience rate includes high-cost area payment and WTD payment
Once you have completed the Bank Pre-Registration process you will be booked to attend the Trust's Induction Programme, this is approx. 5/6 days. This commitment is required to support and enhance your current skills and knowledge.

Undertaking shifts as a Bank Registered Nurse on a temporary basis in a ward / department within the hospital setting.
Working effectively and efficiently and in collaboration with the multi professional teams to deliver high quality and individualised patient care.
Be responsible to the nurse in charge or where appropriate act as shift leader, delivering direct patient care as assigned and supporting junior colleagues
The role is varied, equally challenging and rewarding, where you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the experience of our patients. Whether this is supporting patients in their rehabilitation and recovery following an operation or a period of acute illness or providing holistic and compassionate care for patients at the end of life.
