Introduction

Are you a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want?

Whether you’re a Nurse looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if you’re a UK Registered Nurse you can join our nurse staff bank. After completing a paid two-week induction, you’ll have access to available nursing shifts at Ty Grosvenor, with the potential to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium services across the region.

There is no minimum number of hours required, though it is recommended to work regularly to retain your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service.

Weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts are regularly available and can be easily viewed and booked through an app. Within a few taps, you can secure the shifts at Ty Grosvenor that suit you.

Whether your experience comes from the NHS or private sector, you can join as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with benefits such as free meals on duty, free parking, and more.

What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult men with various mental health conditions in an acute in-patient setting. You will support colleagues and promote teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a bank nurse, you’ll work on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to choose your shifts weekly.

You will be part of Ty Grosvenor, caring for men with personality disorders and mental illnesses, focusing on equipping them with skills for community living.

You will empower and support individuals to reach their goals, learning about the five core zones: Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health, and Empowerment. The service includes two wards and two-bedroom apartments supporting independent living, with access to community resources.
