Role Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, sharing your experience and knowledge.
• Ensure every meal leaving the kitchen is nutritious and of restaurant quality.
• Assist the Head Chef in reviewing and developing the menu using your creativity and passion.

• From £16.50 per hour
• Shift times: 7:00am-3:00pm and 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Up to 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
