Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant to support residents with person-centred care in a busy care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent health & social care qualification.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.
