Job summary

HealthJobs4U Ltd is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a Barchester care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexibility to support residents with person-centred care under the Deputy General Manager.

You will supervise Care Assistants and assist with the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, helping create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment for residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly desirable.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing personalised resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants under the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews.
• Deliver warm, respectful, person-centred care to residents.
