Responsibilities

• Supervises and inspires a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Supports the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Ensures residents are treated with dignity and respect in a warm, welcoming environment.
• Contributes to creating a vibrant, supportive care home atmosphere.
