Qualifications

• Must be 22 years of age or above to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Caring and capable of building positive relationships.
• Valid manual driving licence and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Care for children and young people in care, meeting their needs and safeguarding them.
• Participate in activities, hobbies and educational pursuits to support development.
• Create positive relationships and provide consistent, supportive supervision.
