Job summary

Compass Community is hiring a Bank Support Worker to join our children's homes in Nottingham. You will work closely with children to build trust, support development and ensure safeguarding in daily activities and education. No previous experience required; induction and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 22+ to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
• Valid manual driving licence.
• Previous experience is not essential; comprehensive induction and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with children in care, putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, some needing high levels of supervision and support.
• Assist with care of children and young people, supporting them in activities, hobbies and education.
• Create timetables, set boundaries and expectations for the children.
