Job summary

At Barchester Healthcare, a Bank Residential Senior Carer provides warm, person-centred care in our care home. You will lead a team of care staff on shifts, deliver training and supervise duties, and support with medication administration and care plan reviews.

You’ll liaise with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families, ensuring dignity and wellbeing for every resident. The Bank role offers flexible hours to cover leave and absences, with competitive pay and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience in a residential care setting.
• Ability to lead a team and make appropriate decisions to support residents.
