Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker (Nights / Weekends)
Location: Broadbridge Heath/Horsham/Slinfold
Salary: A competitive rate of up to £13 per hour plus £1 location allowance
Hours: Part-time and full-time work available - Night shifts with some Weekend hours
Kerwin Court delivers specialist neurorehabilitation to adults with acquired brain injury in a community setting just outside of Broadbridge Heath. You will work with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists. We are passionate about delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation. Our team thrives on working together to enable service users to be as independent as possible and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
We will train you to provide personalized support to our adult residents, following individual support plans to meet their needs and aspirations. The focus is on developing independent living skills such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, and socializing—the daily routine of regular life. You’ll find great job satisfaction in helping people do more for themselves and live the lives they want.
