Bank Registered Nurse Lancashire Salary: £15.10 - £16.11 per hour Hours: Bank

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalized nursing care
  • Leading the care team to ensure high standards of care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supporting volunteers and representing the service when needed

Qualifications required:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Completion or willingness to complete NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development

Skills and experience:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation in the care sector
  • Experience in neurological or palliative care (desirable)
  • Leadership and supervision skills
  • Competent IT skills

Additional responsibilities:

  • Working independently and within a team
  • Supporting quality standards and clinical audits
  • Safeguarding and resource management
