Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cartref Cleddau in Pembroke Dock. You will deliver high quality clinical care, support residents and work within a multidisciplinary team.

In this role you will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications in line with NMC standards, and mentor junior staff while upholding safety and governance throughout shifts.

About Cartref Cleddau
At Cartref Cleddau we provide high quality, structured open rehabilitation and enablement care for residents with enduring mental health needs. Many of the residents have had extended periods of hospitalisation. Whilst Cartref Cleddau is a nursing home, every effort is made to make it feel homely and comfortable.
The home is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment, with 24-hour nursing care and support. Cartref Cleddau prides itself on providing person-centered care that focuses on the individual needs and preferences of each resident.

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding clinical care by:
