Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cartref Cleddau in Pembroke Dock. You will assess residents, develop and review care plans, and administer medication in line with NMC standards.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Confidence using IT systems and electronic care records.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' physical, emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop, review and implement person-centred care plans.
• Safely manage and administer medication in line with NMC standards.
• Lead and support the care team during each shift.
• Promote dignity, independence and choice for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support colleagues while championing best practice.
