The Community Inpatient Unit in Grimsby is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Bank Recovery Workers to support short-term rehabilitation and reablement for adults who are recovering after hospital admission. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safe return home.

These bank shifts (07:00–11:30 and 16:00–20:30) involve assisting with personal care, nutrition, mobility and daily living activities, under supervision, with a focus on timely patient care and

Qualifications

• Experience with patients/service users.
• Effective computer skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication with diverse healthcare needs.
• Willingness to seek guidance when needed.
• Ability to maintain clear records to deadlines.
• Empathy and sensitivity.
• Ability to handle confrontational situations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care.
• Assist with personal care, nutrition and hydration.
• Support mobility and daily living activities to promote independence.
• Facilitate rehabilitation and therapeutic activities.
• Work with MDT to ensure timely patient support and care plans.
• Follow policies and procedures under supervision.
