Job summary

Nuffield Health Tees Hospital is seeking a Radiographer to join our bank for part-time, ad-hoc shifts. You will work in a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging service, delivering high-quality care across departments, wards and theatre.

A HCPC-registered Radiographer with a BSc in diagnostic radiography and postgraduate qualifications is preferred. You will collaborate with leading practitioners, contribute to policy development, supervise junior staff and maintain compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Radiographer with HCPC registered status and BSc in diagnostic radiography.
• Postgraduate qualification and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience in diagnostic imaging and clinical teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service.
• Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre.
• Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

Up To £15 Per Hour Depending On Experience

As a Radiographer, you’ll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills.

As a Radiographer, you will:
