Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking an experienced Bank Pre Assessment Administrator to support the Admin Department on an ad-hoc, bank basis. You will help with practical admin for the Pre Assessment ward, manage clinic requests, handle calls, and keep patient records organized in a busy private hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Pre Assessment department for patients, visitors and staff.
• Handle consultant clinic requests, appointments, and other administrative activities as they occur.
• Deal with all telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Provide clear, concise information to all enquiries.
• Assist in preparation of clinic lists, patient registration forms, charging and other duties as determined by the team/manager.
• Ensure all filing of results and other information is accurately filed in the patient’s notes.
