Spire Little Aston Hospital in Sutton Coldfield is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join the Pre-Operative Assessment department on a bank contract.

You will work ad-hoc shifts Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, supporting nurses with pre-operative assessments, updating patient records, coordinating tests where required, and helping ensure patient comfort and safety in a private hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a clinical setting is essential.
• Phlebotomy training is essential for this role.
• As an HCA, you will support the clinical team to ensure patient care meets high standards.
• Must be accurate and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with pre-operative assessments.
• Deliver routine care and support to patients to promote health and well-being.
• Update patient records accurately and maintain documentation.
