Job summary

Operose Health in Basingstoke is seeking a Bank Practice Nurse to support primary care delivery. The role offers bank hours with a pay rate of £20.17 per hour and aims to improve access, outcomes and patient experience across local practices.

The successful candidate will be UK registered with post-registration experience, with skills in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good understanding of quality outcomes framework. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Knowledge of Quality Outcomes Framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance and collaboration with the general practice team.
• Provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
