Integrated Care 24 Ltd in Brighton is recruiting for a Bank Reception role to welcome patients, manage appointments and support everyday patient care within GP practice settings.
You will handle enquiries, update records, liaise with other healthcare services and assist with general administration, with shifts offered on a flexible bank basis in this NHS-linked team.
Be the friendly face that helps our practice run smoothly. For many patients, our Reception team is their first point of contact with the practice. Whether they’re arriving for an appointment, calling with a question or trying to access the right service, the way we respond can make a real difference to their experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service and wants the flexibility of working on a Bank basis within a GP practice.
