Duties and responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will care for both private and NHS patients undergoing various elective surgeries.

• Putting patients first and providing excellent service at all times.
• Assisting the surgical ward team in delivering exemplary patient care.
• Supporting and monitoring patients, and reporting any significant changes affecting their health to the appropriate personnel.
• Assisting with patient movement according to hospital policies.
• Providing personal care to patients, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Dealing with ECGs and patient observations.

Who we're looking for

• An experienced Healthcare Assistant seeking career progression.
• Previous hospital experience is advantageous.
• A committed and motivated individual.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with ECGs, blood sampling, blood pressure measurement, and patient observations.
