Job summary

West Midlands Hospital in Halesowen is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to support the inpatient orthopaedic wards and assist physiotherapists in rehabilitation and recovery. The role includes weekend work (minimum one weekend per month) and may offer additional weekday shifts to support ward-based therapy and post-operative rehabilitation classes.

NVQ Level 2 is required or you must be prepared to train to this level.

Bank Physiotherapy Assistant - West Midlands Hospital

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Physiotherapy Department at West Midlands Hospital, Halesowen . In this role, you will support the Physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality patient care on the inpatient orthopaedic wards, assisting physiotherapists with the rehabilitation and recovery of patients. The position includes participation in our weekend service, with a commitment to work a minimum of one weekend per month . There may also be opportunities to undertake additional weekday shifts, depending on service demands, supporting both ward-based therapy and post-operative rehabilitation classes.
