Job summary

West Midlands Hospital in Halesowen is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to support the inpatient orthopaedic wards and assist physiotherapists in rehabilitation and recovery. The role includes weekend work (minimum one weekend per month) and may offer additional weekday shifts to support ward-based therapy and post-operative rehabilitation classes.

NVQ Level 2 is required or you must be prepared to train to this level.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality patient care on inpatient orthopaedic wards.

• Participate in weekend service with a minimum of one weekend per month.
• Potential opportunities for additional weekday shifts to support ward-based therapy and post-operative rehabilitation classes.
