We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join our Temporary Staffing Bank. This role supports our Pharmacy Team at Hull & East Riding Hospital in Anlaby, near the Humber Bridge. The hospital provides a range of services including orthopaedic, general surgery, weight loss, eye, and cosmetic surgeries, as well as radiology and physiotherapy. This is an ad hoc / zero hours position.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Provide advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients to ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
2. Advise the hospital on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
3. Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach to healthcare delivery.
4. Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet patient needs.
5. Provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with legislation, professional standards, and clinical requirements.

Who we're looking for:

• GPHC registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of one-year post-graduation experience, ideally in a hospital environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work on a flexible, ad hoc basis
