Are you a healthcare professional with a passion for palliative and end-of-life care? Do you enjoy inspiring others to deliver compassionate, high-quality care? We are seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Educator to join our Hospice Education Team on a flexible basis.

We are a respected hospice providing outstanding palliative care and support to patients and families. Our Education Team plays a key role in building knowledge and confidence among healthcare professionals, carers, and the wider community.
