Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Wales is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding clinical care to residents. You will apply your clinical knowledge and people skills to raise standards in relationship-centred care, clinical excellence, and dementia care across the home.

This bank (zero-hours) role requires flexibility for induction and shifts. The successful candidate will join a family-run provider that values compassionate care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with dementia care experience.
• Experience delivering relationship-centred care.
• Willingness to uphold ethical practices and Hallmark Charter.

Please note:

This is a Bank (zero-hours) position; however, successful applicants must be available to complete a full 1-2 week induction prior to starting work. Induction hours will be 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll leverage your robust clinical knowledge and exceptional people skills to elevate standards in relationship-centred care, clinical excellence, and dementia care throughout our home.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Lead our clinical team, aligning them with the Hallmark vision and principles.
• Contribute to the regular audit of care plans, ensuring they meet residents' specific needs.
• Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
