Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Cardiff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN/RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality clinical care with emphasis on dementia care and relationship-centred practice. You will join a supportive team and participate in a full induction programme.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, ensuring continuous assessment, planning and evaluation.
• Lead the clinical team, aligning them with the Hallmark vision and principles.
• Contribute to regular audits of care plans to meet residents’ needs.
• Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.

Please note: This is a Bank (zero-hours) position; however, successful applicants must be available to complete a full 1-2 week induction prior to starting work. Induction hours will be 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
