Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to uphold the highest standards of care across our compassionate homes. You will lead the clinical team, oversee care plans, and ensure safeguarding and governance processes are robust.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and balance clinical excellence with resident-centred care. A valid NMC pin, at least 2 years of leadership in a care home, and Level 5 qualification (or progress toward it) are

Qualifications

• Registered Qualified Nurse with a valid Pin.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience within a care home environment.
• Level 5 qualification or working towards achieving this to enable registration with Social Care Wales.
• Dementia qualification or experience caring for residents on a dementia journey desirable.

The Role: Clinical Lead Nurse

As a Clinical Lead Nurse with Hallmark Care Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. From implementing rigorous safeguarding policies to overseeing care plans, your expertise will shape the delivery of compassionate and person-centred care. You'll have the freedom to make critical clinical decisions, mentor and inspire our care team, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing floor coverage as needed.
